The construction and financing of low-income property projects can be complicated with “layered projects.”
According to the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), there are six major issues with layered projects — income limits, income verification requirements, student eligibility, rents, agency inspections and handling over-income households.
To address these issues, NAHB is holding a webinar, “,” on June 23 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. EST.
Bob Landis, senior vice president of syndications at Community Affordable Housing Equity Corporation will moderate the webinar, and A.J. Johnson of A.J. Johnson Consulting Services will serve as the speaker.
Registration will be open until 3 p.m. on June 22.
