I need an institution that would allow me to use a non occupant co borrower. Or an institution that I can do a stated loan based off of 15% ownership.

I provide my customers experience and superior customer service. My bank is federally chartered and we have the flexibility to get loans closed that other Lenders cannot or offer rates lower than the national average. I would be delighted to assist you with your loan and answer any questions you may have. I can be reached at 732-644-1476. My email is [email protected]
